New Years Eve Menu:

Soup: Wild rice vegetable soup

Salad: Frisee lettuce roasted candy stripped beets, Goat cheese, pickled red onion, and a garlic vinaigrette  

Appetizer: Shrimp cocktail peeled shrimp, house made cocktail sauce with a lemon twist

Entrees:

Spinach artichoke Chicken roasted redskin potatoes and grilled asparagus

                  5 oz. Barrel cut Sirloin with a truffle demi-glace roasted redskin potatoes and grilled asparagus

                  Vegetarian option: Chickpea cake roasted red pepper sauce sautéed spinach and asparagus 

Dessert:               

   Chocolate Mousse with a strawberry jalapeno sauce garnished with mint and whip cream.
